#4

You are probably wondering what the #4 means - to us it means BABY #4!!! Yes we are pregnant with baby #4. The baby is due to come March 2nd, 2009. We will probably expect him or her the end of February though. It has been my most eventful pregnancy yet. I was never sick with the boys, but I have been nauseas and exhausted from the very beginning of this one. I found my self at one point extremely dehydrated and needing IV fluids at the hospital. I am doing better now just struggling with the nausea and the lack of appetite that comes with it. We hope that I will start to feel better soon. Jared has been superhusband during all of this - he has helped me so much with everything around the house (dishes, laundry, bathing the kids, etc). I think I may have only cooked dinner 3 times this month - not for lack of effort - but because I can't stand looking at the food. I would be happy to have a smoothie 3 times a day for meals. Unfortunately where we live doesn't have a smoothie shop. In about a week I will be visiting AZ and bringing Eli with me. I will be frequenting Jamba Juice a lot! Many have speculated that since this pregnancy has been so different that maybe we will be blessed with a little girl - I hope so - but I would happily add another boy to our home (and no we wouldn't keep trying for a girl - 4 kids is plenty for us). Well we are off to the flooring store - we are replacing our carpet with hardwood downstairs and new carpet upstairs. We are going to try and sell our house so that we can find a bigger house to fit our growing family. Wish us luck!!!

yay for babies... boy or girl we will love that baby just as much, but of course you deserve to have a daughter! let me just tell you that girls can be a little dramatic as you will see when you come next week! so fun though, I'm glad the secret it out!

Liam's first time on River Rampage - he got drenched but loved every minute of it! Doesn't he look so small! We wanted to do one last fun summer trip for the boys before school starts this Thursday. We took a day trip to Dollywood. We got there a little after the park opened and it was not very crowded at all. We walked on almost every ride and if we had to wait it wasn't longer than a few minutes. Last time we were there in May Adley was just shy of being able to ride all the big rides. We learned about a place where they will measure you and give you an armband that has the appropriate color that corresponds with your height category. This way you are measured once and simply just have to show your armband to get on the ride. Adley was thrilled that he was tall enough this time to ride any ride in the park. Man do I love this little boy! He is full of squeals, smiles, slobbers, hugs, crumbs and dirt. He is at such a fun age. Liam says a lot through the faces he makes because he is quite stubborn and shy and still not wanting to talk much. He says a hand full of words, shakes his head yes and no and is starting to make different sounds. He is making progress so I am not too worried anymore. And if you haven't heard or noticed....no more pacifier....Yay! Liam is growing up so fast but is still my most snugly baby. He loves to rock in the chair before nap and bed and when he gets up in the morning he often times runs to my room to crawl in bed with me for more snuggles. I just love it! Up next, to turn his crib into a toddler bed....then all signs of 'babyness' will be gone, ah so sad! Liam learned how to climb anything recently, kind of scary! It's been a while . . .

since I last posted. We have been so busy this month. Adley had his Christmas program at his preschool - they studied Italy and dressed so cute. They sang the song, "when the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's amore . . ." (not sure of the exact title). Adley has sung it several times since to many people. I think he might be musical when he gets older. We all recovered from our sickness and made the journey to Arizona to see my family. We spent 12 days there and had a wonderful time. Surprisingly it was warmer here at home while we were gone then it was in Arizona. We got to go to the Lego store, which the boys loved. We played at a really fun park, visited with friends, made a gingerbread house and sugar cookies, ate at our favorite places, went to the movies, enjoyed a visit from Santa at the house and tried to get in some rest.
