October festivities

Okay here we go - I am going to try and sum up everything that we have done in the last 2 weeks in one blog entry.
Carving Pumpkins and Making cookies: We spent one night about a week before Halloween carving our pumpkins and making yummy cookies - thanks to the kit that my mom sent the boys. The boys had a great time. Here are a few pictures.

Aidan's FieldTrip - So we ended up not missing out on Aidan's field trip after all. They ended up canceling the trip the day Aidan was sick due to rain so we were able to go the following Friday. It was very nice of the school to let Adley come as well. We went to an apple orchard and learned about different kinds of apples, took a wagon ride, walked through a corn maze and picked out pumpkins. It was fun to see Aidan interacting with the kids at this school.

Halloween - So for Halloween we had some interesting characters running through our house. Aidan was a Power Ranger, Adley was Spiderman and Eli was a jester. We went to our church for the trunk or treat. We participated in the annual chili cook-off again since last year we won first place. This year we didn't win but Jared's sister did - so we at least kept it in the family. The boys participated in the cake walk and then quickly trick-or-treated at the trunks because it was quite cold. Here are the boys dressed up.

Random Pictures - I have also included some other pictures - Enjoy!!!
This is how I found Eli one morning - standing up in his crib. He is now pulling up on everything. I am afraid he will be walking soon. Also he is getting in his two front teeth and has been a little grouchy.
